The house will be ready for occupancy from 14:00 PM – please do not enter the property (e.g., for unloading) until 14:00 PM. Arrival is possible between 14:00 PM and 17:00 PM at the latest; please arrange later arrivals with us in advance – we will confirm this shortly. Approximately one week before your arrival, we will contact you with directions and the key code.

Departure must take place no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with us.

In selected houses, yes: You can add a linen package for 225 SEK per person (bed sheet, duvet and pillow cover, hand towel, tea towel) – ideally when booking. It's not automatically in the house: You can either pick it up from our fishing shop, or let us know at least one week in advance, and we'll leave it in the house. Upon departure, strip the beds and put the linen in the bag. In all other houses, you bring your own bed linen and towels.

Even with booked final cleaning, the house must be left swept clean: kitchen without dirty dishes, dishwasher empty, refrigerator and freezer empty, fireplace and grill cleaned. Important: Dispose of rubbish separately and take empty bottles and cans to the recycling center yourself – this is not included in the final cleaning. All details can be found in our booking conditions.

Pets are only allowed in houses explicitly stated in the house description – and always after prior arrangement with us. The pet fee is SEK 750 per week. Please be sure to register your pet in advance: an unarranged pet will result in the retention of your security deposit.

Yes – that's exactly our specialty: holiday home, boat, motor, and, if desired, fishing guide – all from one source. Just ask us about it when you book.

Not necessarily. Rental equipment (rod, reel, and line) is included in the guided trip at no extra charge – simply let the guide know in advance, and it will be ready for you on the boat. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own equipment.

No, you bring your own lures, leaders, and tackle. If you don't have the right equipment, you can order a lure package from us in advance (approx. SEK 500) – tailored to your target fish, body of water, and season – which the guide will bring with them on the guided trip. Damaged or lost rental lures will be replaced.

A guided fishing day lasts between 6 and 8 hours, including a shared lunch break. We will contact you at least two days before the guided trip to arrange the meeting point and start time – depending on the weather, target fish, and feeding times, this could be early in the morning or late in the evening.

Yes. Our guides adapt to every skill level – from the first cast to fine-tuning for experienced predator anglers. If you'd like to learn a specific technique, just let us know in advance.

A maximum of 2 guests per boat – this ensures enough time and space for everyone. Larger groups are divided among several boats with their own guides, sailing in parallel.

Guests without a holiday home booking pay an additional fee of SEK 500 per guiding session. The guiding fee is due upon booking; in combination with a holiday home, the following house rules apply: 1/3 deposit upon booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Good rain gear, sturdy footwear, sunscreen, a water bottle, non-alcoholic drinks, and your lures are essential. Life jackets are provided by the guide and must be worn on board throughout the entire guided trip. Alcohol is strictly prohibited during the guided trip.

Depending on the area: zander on Lake Tiken, perch and large pike on Lake Mien, all three species on Lake Åsnen – and in the archipelago of the Baltic Sea, only pike. Catch and release is mandatory on our guided trips.

Yes – whether just boat + motor or complete with trailer and accessories: For every combination we will create an individual package offer for you, delivered ready to go if desired.

Depending on engine power, the deposit is SEK 2.000 (up to 6 hp), SEK 3.000 (up to 16 hp), SEK 5.000 (up to 31 hp), or SEK 6.000 (49 hp and above) per boat. After returning the boat, please send us your IBAN/BIC, name, the booked boat, and the rental period. Refunds are typically processed within approximately 14 days (please request your refund no later than 90 days after departure). Alternatively, the deposit will remain in your customer account and be credited towards your next booking.

Yes, generally – with a deductible of 8.000 to 12.000 SEK depending on the boat. You are responsible for damages below the deductible (e.g., propeller); any grounding of the propeller must be reported immediately. For mobile boat packages, we recommend private liability insurance that covers rental properties abroad.

You can pick up your mobile boat package from us in Urshult (Södra Vägen 9) during shop opening hours – from 2 pm on the day of booking, and return by 10 am on the return day. For boats booked for use with a holiday home, handover takes place together with the house handover from 2 pm; in case of later arrival, this can be rescheduled by arrangement.

No. You'll receive the boat with a full tank and return it with a full tank – or we can refuel based on consumption. Only for daily rentals might a different arrangement be made.

In Sweden, the blood alcohol limit for operating a boat is 0,2 per mille – the boat must be operated while sober. Please consult the checklists and instructions for the boat, and report any damage – even minimal contact of the propeller with the ground – to us immediately. The boat must be returned clean and free of fishing hooks, line remnants, and fish remains; additional cleaning will be charged at SEK 750 per hour.

Yes, you can cancel in writing at any time. A tiered cancellation policy applies, ranging from 10% (up to 121 days before the start of the rental period) to 100% (in case of no-show) – details are available in the booking conditions. For a fee, you can add an enhanced cancellation policy up to 150 days before arrival.

We order Finval products in production batches – usually three to four months, we will specify the exact date when you place your order. Linder products are usually available from stock within a few days, but for some models it can take up to two months.

Normally, boats are picked up from our location in Urshult: The boat is handed over fully rigged, with complete instruction from our workshop and sales team. We generally do not offer delivery; however, in exceptional cases, we can find a solution for a fee within a radius of approximately 200 km – always after prior arrangement.

Yes, all prices in the configurator include MOST (model year 2026/27, subject to change). The configurator provides a price indication – our personal offer, valid for 10 days, is binding. The terms stated in the order confirmation are binding.

Yes – only after prior consultation and appointment.

Exclusively Honda outboard motors. We are a Honda dealer with an authorized Honda marine workshop; complete engine installation is included in the package price when purchasing an engine.

The trailer is optional and is selected separately in the configurator. We offer Respo and TK trailers and choose the model to match the actual payload of boat, engine, and equipment.

Payment is made by bank transfer or financing; cash payments are not accepted for amounts over 100.000 SEK. Down payment and final payment details are specified in the offer and order confirmation. Financing is available through Swedbank Finance or Wasa Credit – current terms and conditions are available upon request.

Finval (manufacturer's specifications): 10 years on the strength of the aluminum hull, 10 years on aluminum decks and storage compartment lids, 5 years on consoles including windscreen, 5 years on the fuel system, 2 years each on electrical components and fittings – the warranty is transferable to the next owner upon resale. Linder: 3 years on all products. Honda (Sweden): 5 years for private use, 3 years for commercial use (BF40–BF250) or 1 year for commercial use (BF2.3–BF30) – maintenance according to the service schedule is required. Service and warranty processing are handled by our authorized Honda Marine workshop in Urshult; we register the engine for warranty upon delivery. The manufacturer's current warranty terms and conditions always apply – please also check the Finval, Linder, and Honda websites.

Yes. For the valuation, we need information about the boat, engine, operating hours, last service, trailer, electronics, damage, previous owners, and your asking price – our offer becomes binding after an on-site inspection. Alternatively, we can sell your boat on behalf of the customer.

Yes. We, as an authorized registration service of the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen), will register the trailer directly in your name upon collection – this is included in the boat price. The boat itself does not need to be registered in Sweden. We arrange the insurance directly as a partner of Atlantica (including Atlantica Assistans, available 24/7 on the water); boat insurance is generally a requirement for financing.

Yes, both. Winter storage combined with service and battery monitoring – including battery removal and storage in heated rooms upon request, boat cleaning, and a new antifouling paint job. Plus, ongoing service from our own workshop: Honda maintenance and warranty service, winter preservation and spring service, installation of fish finders, electric motors and accessories, and repairs to boats and trailers.

In Sweden, you need a fishing license (fiskekort) for most lakes and areas. Whether a license is included in your booking will be stated in the respective house/service description and in your booking confirmation. Each angler is responsible for themselves.Before fishing, please familiarize yourself with the applicable regulations for the specific lake or area and obtain the required permit. Rules, closed seasons, minimum sizes, catch limits, and permitted methods are determined by the responsible fishing association (fiskevårdsområde) and are subject to change from time to time – the most up-to-date information from the association or authorities is always binding.
