Holiday in Sweden in a holiday home area on Bolmen!

The holiday home AB1 is located in a small holiday home area directly on the large lake Bolmen.
It is only about 250 m to the sandy beach, and the boat jetty is also only about 250 m from the house. A boat is included and an outboard motor can be rented from the owner. This has a normal occupancy of 4 people. A fifth person can also sleep on a sofa bed.

This house is ideal for summer family vacations! The cottage settlement offers everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday. From the sandy beach to a playground, a small soccer field, walking paths and jetties, everything is there to spend relaxing days on Bolmen.
But anglers don't miss out either! The large Bolmen is a true paradise for anglers and last but not least the large, yellow boat, which can also be rented, is great for your fishing trip.

In the main house is the open and bright living room with sofa bed, dining area, fireplace and smart TV.
The kitchen has a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob with oven and a sandwich maker.
There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the annex you will find a washing machine and two single beds.

Garden furniture and a brick barbecue are available. The Bolmen is a top fishing water for pike, zander and perch, as well as all types of white fish.

There are many recreational opportunities in the area! For example, the Laganland with golf course and moose park is only 8 km away.

At the house a boat (Crescent 430) can be rented with 35hp. The rental price is 3.500 SEK and is paid directly to the homeowner upon arrival.

A rowing boat is included and an outboard motor can be rented from the owner at a reasonable price.

Bed linen and towels must be brought with you in this house. Unfortunately, renting is not possible.

Pets are allowed on request!

Prices:
Low season: SEK 6.490 per week.
High season: SEK 7.990 per week.
Final cleaning on request SEK 1.250, otherwise self-cleaning.
Deposit SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity is charged on consumption at SEK 2,5 per kWh used in the low season, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
