Cozy little cottage on a large lot!

This small summer house is located in the middle of the Småland forest on the owner's large property. Unique peace, no traffic and yet a bathing spot is only a few minutes away. It is less than 10 minutes to the boat dock at the Tiken and the town of Tingsryd with all the shops. The house can accommodate up to 2 people.

Very good fishing for pike, zander, perch and many species of whitefish in the Tiken.

Wild and wooded, great, typical Småland landscape.

You enter the house through a small hallway and are in the open living room with couch, fireplace and television with German programs. Through the living room you can reach the bedroom upstairs on the one hand and the kitchen and bathroom on the other. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a 4-plate stove, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery you need.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

Boats and motors can be rented.

For fear of fire damage, the owner only wants guests who arrive without an electric car to avoid damage to the house, forest and animals.

The house is to be cleaned by yourself.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Prices:
Low season: SEK 4.990 per week.
High season: SEK 5.990 per week.

The deposit of 2000 SEK or 200 Euro is to be paid in cash to the owners.
Electricity is charged at 3 SEK per kWh used and is also payable directly to the owner.
