Holiday home DA1 - dream location in the Swedish archipelago!

There is no better location! The house is right on the shore of the Baltic Sea in the Swedish archipelago. Newly renovated with high quality equipment, private garden and 2 jetties, this house is the perfect holiday home! It doesn't matter if you want to relax or if you are after the numerous pike, your wishes will be fulfilled here. The normal occupancy in this house is 4 people, an extra bed is possible for a surcharge.

You enter the house via the large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and find yourself in the entrance area with access to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen with dining area is very well equipped! In addition to a ceramic hob with an oven, there is a coffee maker, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher, along with everything else you need for everyday kitchen needs.
The living room invites you to linger and the LCD TV is connected to the wireless fiber optic internet. The Internet is freely available to you.
On the ground floor there is still the shower room with washing machine and a bedroom for 2 people.
Upstairs there is an open space through which you access the second bedroom for 2 people.
The yellow GRP boat that you see in the pictures is equipped with a 10hp 2-stroke engine and is included in the rental price. Other boats can be rented from us. You can bring your own boats up to 5,5 meters in length after prior consultation.

The house is regularly used by the owners themselves. Therefore, there are still private items in the house and not every storage space can therefore be used.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed!

Prices:
High season: SEK 17.490 per week.
Low season: SEK 12.990 per week.
Extra bed: SEK 500 per week.
Deposit SEK 1.500 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
Final cleaning SEK 2.000 per stay.
