The houses are located on the Swedish skerry coast and thus directly on one of the best pike waters in Europe. There are 10 houses in total, 6 with 6 beds and 4 with 4 beds.
The fishing boats are ready for your fishing trip or boat tour at the jetty. There is a small bathing beach right next to the jetty.

The houses are located not far from the jetty and the small sandy beach. There is also a sauna and a hot tub. Both can be booked with the owner for a fee. You can drive from your house to the boats and the sandy beach.
The archipelago area has a very good stock of pike and is one of the best pike waters in Europe. Salmon, sea trout and herring can also be caught seasonally, but cod, perch, tench and bream also live in the brackish waters of the archipelago.
There is also a service building with a washing machine on the site. Of course, the houses all have their own bathroom with shower and toilet.


6 bed house

The houses have a small terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. Inside there is a large living room with a sitting area, dining area and kitchenette, which even has a dishwasher! Otherwise, the usual electrical appliances and everything else necessary for daily use are in the kitchen.
The house also has a shower room with toilet and a bedroom with 2 single beds, which can also be made into a double bed.
The house also has 2 sleeping lofts, each with 2 beds.

4 bed house

The houses have a small terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. Inside there is a living room with a sitting area, dining area and kitchen corner with a 2-plate stove. The kitchen equipment is basic and there is no oven.
The house also has a shower room with toilet and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Above is the sleeping loft with 2 sleeping possibilities.

The boats are all GRP boats with a length of 4,10 to 4,40 m and a 10hp 4-stroke engine.
In addition, fishing kayaks and canoes can be booked directly with the owner on site.

Boat upgrade to package 2 (15hp+ Minn Kota Front-E-Motor) for SEK 2700,- possible.

4 bed house with a boat:
High season: SEK 9.990 per week for a house and a boat with a 10hp motor!
Low season: SEK 8.990 per week for a house and a boat with a 10hp motor!

4 bed house with two boats:
High season: SEK 13.990 per week for house and two boats with 10hp engines!
Low season: SEK 12.990 per week for house and two boats with 10hp engines!

Deposit SEK 1.000 per house and SEK 1.000 per boat by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
Final cleaning SEK 1.000 per stay.

Additional prices for extras that can be booked on site:

Fishing kayak (see picture): SEK 1.900 per week.

Sauna: SEK 300 per evening.

Hot tub: SEK 1300 per day (must be ordered the day before).
