Our new holiday home AJ1 - A dream in a secluded location right on the water!

The holiday home is located on a lonely headland on Åsnen. The property currently consists of two smaller houses: In the main house there are three single beds, as well as the kitchen, dining and living area. Despite the fairly simple furnishings in the house, nothing is missing: refrigerator, freezer compartment, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as internet and television round off the cozy house. 

Shower and toilet are in another extra house. 

It is only a few meters to the water. There is a private jetty with a boat dock. 

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets right on the water! It's hard to find a better location!

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Own boats are not allowed.

Pets are allowed on request.

Prices:

Low season: SEK 10.490 per week.
High season: SEK 11.490 per week.
Deposit 1.500 SEK by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity flat rate low season: SEK 500,- per week.

Water and waste charges are included in the rental price.

Cleaning : SEK 1.500,- per stay.

Package 1 is available at house AJ1 (SEK 3.290 per week). Up to 2 Linder 440 Fishing aluminum boats can be rented.
