Our new holiday home AJ2 - A dream in a secluded location right on the water! The PERFECT home for anglers!
The cottage is situated on a lonely promontory at Åsnen. In the main house there are three bedrooms with 6 beds, as well as the kitchen and dining and living area. Despite the fairly simple equipment in the house, nothing is missing: fridge, freezer, a well-equipped kitchen and television, shower and toilet complete the cozy house. Only bookings from 4 adults or a family with children (here max. 5 people) are accepted.
It is only a stone's throw to the water. There is a private jetty with jetty and barbecue area.
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets right on the water! You will hardly find a better location! From the Feirnhaus you have a top starting point for fishing. the little fear Zander spots in the east of the lake are only a few minutes boat ride away.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Own boats are not allowed.
Pets are allowed on request.
Prices:
Low season: SEK 10.990 per week.
High season: SEK 12.490 per week.
Deposit 1.500 SEK by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity flat rate low season: SEK 500,- per week.
Water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
Cleaning : SEK 1.500,- per stay.
5 people is possible on request. Surcharge: 390:- SEK / Night.
Package 2 is available at house AJ1 (SEK 3.290 per week). Up to 2 Linder 440 Fishing aluminum boats can be rented.
