Holiday home AW1 – Immediately on the shore of Helgasjön with a large Terrace Area and sauna!

Approximately 28 km from the town of Vaxjö, you will find this great holiday home with a direct waterfront location on Helgasjön. The holiday home consists of a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There are two more single beds upstairs. An outbuilding with two single beds, a heated jacuzzi and a sauna complete the house and are included in the rental price. In the house there is a fridge, freezer, stove, grill, microwave, TV, and all necessary kitchen utensils are available. 

The holiday home is also insulated for use in autumn and winter. There is also a fireplace. Firewood is available at the house. The in-house jetty is located directly at the house or terrace. With the AW1 house, up to two GRP boats with petrol engines are possible. The sauna is located directly on the terrace with a lake view. Enjoy the sunsets over the lake here!

Helgasjön is a TOP fishing water. In addition to a great stock of zander, you hear about huge pike again and again. But there are also perch, various types of white fish and even trout and whitefish in the lake. Our guests in holiday home AW1 have been able to catch pike up to 118cm.

Prices:

Low season: SEK 9.990 per week.
High season: SEK 11.990 per week.                                                                                                                                            Water, sauna and waste fees are included in the rental price.
Final cleaning SEK 1.500 per stay.

Additional GRP boat: SEK 3.290 per week.                                                                

The deposit of SEK 1.500 will be refunded after departure by bank transfer.
