Welcome to the new holiday home CH1 - a wonderful, typical Swedish wooden house right on the shore of Lake Stora Hensjön.

This lovingly furnished Swedish house offers space for six people and promises an authentic Swedish feeling. With three bedrooms on the upper floor and a cozy lower floor including a kitchen, living room with fireplace and renovated bathroom, it is the ideal retreat.

The secluded location on the lake, with no direct neighbors, creates a unique atmosphere - perfect for families, nature lovers and passionate anglers. The Stora Hensjön attracts with its impressive perch and pike; perch over 45cm are not uncommon in the lake. Fishing permits are available in our local store. At House CH1, up to two Linder aluminum boats are available.

Enjoy sunny days at the swimming spot just a few minutes away with a wonderful sandy beach, ideal for swimming in summer. Barbecue areas invite you to spend cozy evenings, and the area around Stora Hensjön is a true paradise for mushroom pickers.

Pets are permitted upon consultation.

Prices:

Off-season: SEK 10.790 per week.
High season: SEK 11.990 per week.                                                                                                                           

Water and waste charges are included in the rental price. In the low season shall an electricity fee of SEK 600,- applicable. 

Final cleaning: SEK 1.500 

Boat, Package 1: SEK 3.290 per week                                                           

The deposit of SEK 1.500 will be refunded after departure by bank transfer.
