Holiday home ET1 - A dream home right on the lake shore of Åsnen! 

A few kilometers from the municipality of Urshult, this dreamlike property is located directly on the water in a sparse birch forest. Lake Åsnen is just below the holiday home. You won't find a better location for your next holiday in Sweden. The holiday homes ES1 and KB1 are only a few meters away. They are therefore perfect for a family outing with several parties.

The Feirnhaus consists of two houses. Depending on the number of people, only one or both houses can be rented. However, the houses are only rented together. So it doesn't happen that two parties live in ET1 at the same time. The first house can accommodate up to 3/4 people. The second building expands the space to up to 7/8 people (8 people only on request!). 

The first, large house has a large living room with an open kitchen. This is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and a new fridge freezer. The large dining area can seat up to 8 people. On the lower floor of the first house there is also a large bathroom with a shower and an extended chill area. Here are two sofas in front of large glass windows. From this seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view over the lake. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One with a large double bed, the other has two single beds.

Also in the second house there is a large living room with sofa and fireplace. A small kitchenette, as well as a toilet (no shower) and two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of these beds can also be converted into two single beds) complete the annex building. 

Directly from the terrace it goes down to the lake and to the in-house jetty with bathing ladder. The sauna is in a third, small building. This will with wood operated.

If desired, up to 3 aluminum boats (package 1) for fishing and boat trips are available for you here. The first of these boats has a 3hp engine and can be hired for SEK 2.990 per week be hired.

Prices:
main house, for up to to 4 people

Low season: SEK 11.990 per week.
High season: SEK 12.990 per week.                                                                                                                                            Water, sauna and waste fees are included in the rental price.
Electricity flat rate: SEK 750 per week (low season only).
Final cleaning SEK 1.500 per stay.    

including outbuildings, for up to 8 people

Low season: SEK 15.490 per week.
High season: SEK 16.490 per week.                                                                                                                                            Water, sauna and waste fees are included in the rental price. 
Electricity flat rate: SEK 750 per week (low season only).
EFinal cleaning SEK 2.000 per stay.                                                               

The deposit of SEK 2.000 will be refunded after departure by bank transfer.
