Discover our brand new holiday home KA1, which is now online. This wonderful house is located in a small, quiet residential area and even offers sea views from the large, beautiful wooden terrace! Imagine admiring the spectacular sunsets over the sea from comfortable lounge chairs. 

The house is located on a green property with lovingly planted plants. The surroundings radiate peace and quiet. If you require additional space, there is a small outbuilding available which can accommodate two additional people (please contact us to enquire). 

There are two cozy bedrooms in the main building: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. The newly renovated kitchen is well-equipped and has an inviting dining area. Oven, freezer, refrigerator and all necessary kitchen appliances are at your disposal, as well as a coffee machine. The living room is a place to relax, with three comfortable sofas, a television and an inviting fireplace to keep you cozy in the colder seasons. The adjacent dining area offers space for up to four people. The bathroom is modern and well maintained, with a shower and all the amenities you need. An air conditioning system or heat pump ensures pleasant temperatures in every season. 

The highlight of this holiday home is undoubtedly what is included in the package 50 HP Finval boat, which is waiting for you in a nearby port. The harbor is only a two to three minute drive away and offers the perfect starting point for exciting fishing trips. The area on the doorstep is a true paradise for pike anglers and can be explored all year round. 

In addition to fishing, there are numerous excursion options in the area. The charming town of Karlskrona is close by and offers wonderful views of the Baltic Sea. Golf enthusiasts will find a golf course just around the corner. 

Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited.

Low season 1: SEK 11.490 per week  (October – April)

Low season 2: SEK 13.490 per week 

Peak season: SEK 15.990 per week  (22.6 - 17.8 2024)                                                                                                           Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price. 

Cleaning SEK 2.000 per stay.

The deposit of SEK 6.000 will be refunded after departure by bank transfer.
