Cottage RJ1 is located in the middle of Lake Åsnen on the way to the island of Sirkön and can accommodate up to 8 people 
It is only 250 m to the boat dock at Åsnen. It is only approx. 500 m to the slipway at Åsnen. That House is ideal for families or anglers who want to bring their own boat.

The large house is renovated and has a large kitchen with everything you need for needed his vacation in Sweden. Including dishwasher! 

The house has 4 bedrooms on two floors. Also is a living room, dining room and a shower room available. There is also the washing machine. The upper floor is like this designed so that you can take a tour from room to room. A mobile sauna will be available at the house from 2023 and can accommodate up to 4 people. This can be booked separately for SEK 600 per week.

The island of Sirkön is pretty much in the middle of Åsnen, making it the ideal starting point for your fishing trips! A TOP slip point is only a few hundred meters from the House removed. At the house there is enough space to display your own boat. Alternatively, up to 2x 5HP boats can be rented at the house. The boats are at a boat place about 300m from the house at Åsnen. The island of Sirkön is of course passable by car! Enjoy your Sweden vacation at Åsnen.

Prices:
Low season: SEK 8.490 per week.
High season: SEK 9.750 per week.
Deposit 1.000 SEK by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
Electricity flat rate low season: SEK 500 per week / sauna: SEK 600 per week Week 
Final cleaning SEK 1.750 per stay.
