House GM1, 10 people

Our holiday home GM1 is located on Åsnen and consists of 2 completely independent and newly renovated units.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people (4 double beds, 2 single beds and a bunk bed in four bedrooms.
The bathing area with a sandy beach is approx. 100 m away from the house and the boat harbor is approx. 150 m away.

The house has been lovingly renovated, with care being taken to preserve the beautiful details of the over 150 year old building. In summary, one can say modernity meets origin.
On the ground floor you enter the house and get into the cloakroom, from where you can either go into a room with a toilet, washing facilities and washing machine or go straight on and enter the new eat-in kitchen. The kitchen itself is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer combination. Directly after the kitchen is the dining area and access to the shower room with toilet.
There are a total of 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and one with a double bed, bunk bed and seating area in the TV corner.
Both residential units have 100mbit WLAN.
You enter the upper floor via the balcony and go directly to the eat-in kitchen with the cloakroom on the right. This kitchen is also new and, apart from the freezer compartments, is equipped in exactly the same way as the kitchen on the ground floor. The adjoining dining area gives access to a double bedroom. From the kitchen you get into the TV room, from where you have access to the second bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds or to the shower room with toilet.
In addition, the house has a large garden with a covered and open terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and a hot tub, which can be used after consultation with the owners.
A bit behind the house there is another small body of water where tench and perch have a home and which can be fished with pleasure.

There are also 3 mountain bikes, 3 children's bikes and 2 older bikes available!

For anglers, at cottage GM1 package 1 (3.490:- SEK / week) is available. It is even possible to rent a second boat, which differs slightly from our standard package. It is a 4,1m long Linder aluminum boat.

Sonar, canoes and kayaks can be rented directly from the homeowner.

Pets are allowed on request!

Prices:
High season: SEK 18.990 per week.
Low season: SEK 11.490 per week.
Final cleaning: SEK 2.000 per stay.
Deposit: SEK 1.500 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price, as is firewood.
