This fantastic property is located a few kilometers from the municipality of Urshult on a 3360 m² natural site with a sparse birch forest. Lake Åsnen is about 80m below the architect's house built in 2019.

The architect's idea was to create a holiday home with traditional interior design and flexible usability in a modern Nordic design language. The shape and location of the house were adapted to the location and nature.

Due to the large glass surfaces and the choice of materials in the house, you always have the feeling of being in nature. With a bit of luck you can watch deer and moose from the bedroom in the morning. An incredibly beautiful house with a modern design!
You have a view of the lake from the living room and from the large terrace.

The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In addition, there are three more single beds in the annexe. 

Due to its location on a small hill, there is light and sun all day long.
Behind the house there is a parking space, a double carport and a woodshed.
A small annex with two bunk beds in the style of the house offers additional sleeping places. The main house has 83m², the annex a little over 10 m² of living space. A small forest path leads to the left of the house down to the lake and to the jetty with a bathing ladder. The sauna is also behind the house. This is included in the rental price and offers space for approx. 4 people. In the house is German television available.

The normal occupancy of the house is 6 people.

If desired, up to 2 modern aluminum rowing boats with 5 HP motors are available for fishing and boat trips (package 1)

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Prices:
Low season: SEK 11.490 per week.
High season: SEK 13.490 per week.
Water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
Electricity flat rate in low season: SEK 600 per week.  

The deposit of SEK 2.500 will be refunded after departure by bank transfer.
Final cleaning SEK 1.500 per stay.
