Our dream villa HS1 with a beautiful large garden right on the water and in an extremely good fishing area offers pure relaxation.

The house has room for 8 people. With 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, the tastefully furnished villa offers plenty of space for free development.

You enter the house through a small anteroom with enough space for your street clothes and shoes. Then you come directly into the spacious and open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Perfect for spending the evenings cooking and being together with the whole family or holiday group. In front of it, a beautiful wooden terrace stretches across the entire width of the house. Who would not like to watch the unique Swedish sunset here?

The kitchen offers everything your heart desires. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle are of course available.

The first of two full bathrooms, equipped with a toilet and shower, is also located on the ground floor. The stairs in the living area take you to the upper floor. Here are 3 bedrooms and another bathroom, which is even equipped with a shower and bath. The bathtub is another place in the house where you can enjoy the view of the archipelago. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, which can also be used as a double bed. The third bedroom can also accommodate 2 people in a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom is is in the basement of the holiday home and offers plenty of space to relax with a TV corner, sofas, etc.

As is often the case in Sweden, there is a second terrace at the house to enjoy the position of the sun perfectly. A grill, a washing machine and dryer, WiFi and of course the new Finval boat complete the offer of the house.

The modern boats are just 500 meters away at a small boat harbor and offer deluxe fishing fun.

The island of Aspö can be reached with the free ferry directly from Karlskrona and the crossing takes only 25 minutes. Here at the latest the holiday feeling sets in and you can leave the stress of everyday life on the mainland. The Karlskrona area is the largest cluster of islands in the Blekingen archipelago. The naval city has been a World Heritage Site since 1998. Here you can not only visit the Navy Museum, but also combine a visit to a restaurant with a stroll through the city.

The island offers the best country life right in front of a beautiful city. A combination in which all interests can be satisfied.
