House JT1, 4 people

The holiday home JT1 is located in Urshult about 200m from the water on a small hill. This gives you a great view of the water and you can enjoy the sunsets over the horizon from the terrace.

The holiday home was newly built in 2022 and leaves nothing to be desired. On 45 square meters of living space there is a top-equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer, two sleeping areas for a total of 4 people, and a small seating area with a new sofa and dining area for 4 people. The house also has a beautiful modern bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.

The first bedroom has a large double bed. In the sleeping loft on the upper floor, which can be reached via a massive wooden ladder, there are also 2 single beds. The house is also equipped with air conditioning, a grill and parking spaces directly at the house.

From the kitchen and dining area you have access to the large wooden terrace with a view of Åsnen. 

 A 5hp boat (Linder 440 Fishing, Package 1) is available right next to the house on the jetty. 

The house is also suitable for anglers who want to come with their own boat. A concrete ramp is only a few meters away from the holiday home. Start your fishing adventure from House JT1 now and take advantage of the good starting position with the fairway right in front of the front door.

 Bed linen and towels can be hired from the homeowners. The price is SEK 150 / person and is to be paid in cash or by debit card upon arrival.

 Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited.

 Pets only allowed on request and individual consultation.

Prices:

Season: SEK 11.990 per week (Season 2024 from Sat. June 1st to Sat. August 26th, 2024)
Off-season: SEK 8.490 per week. 

Water and waste charges are included in the rental price. In the low season shall an electricity fee of SEK 500,- applicable.

Final cleaning SEK 1.250 per stay.                                                                

The deposit of SEK 1.500 will be refunded after departure by bank transfer.
