Cottage KB1 For nature lovers right on the lake shore of Åsnen!

A few kilometers from the municipality of Urshult, this dreamlike property is located directly on the water in a sparse birch forest. Lake Åsnen is only 50m below the cottage. You will hardly find a better location for your next holiday in Sweden. The house ES1 is only a few meters away. These holiday homes are perfect for a family trip with several parties.

IN 2021 a Danish cinema film "Superposition" was shot in the holiday home. The psychological thriller is about a young family who the city life leaves behind and moves to a secluded cabin in the Swedish wilderness - Feirnhaus KB1. Here they hope to rediscover themselves as individuals and document their experiences in a podcast series. Unfortunately, they find that they are not as isolated as they thought. The solid glass front gives you the constant feeling of being outdoors in nature. With a bit of luck you can watch deer and moose from the holiday home in the morning. An incredibly beautiful house with a modern design! You always have a view of the lake from the living room, the large terrace and of course from the garden.

Behind the house there is a large garden with a barbecue area.
The house can accommodate 7 people (normal occupancy 5 people)
There are three bedrooms in the house. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed. The other two bedrooms each have a single bed. A well equipped The kitchen, dining and TV area (smart TV with Netflix, etc.) forms the living and main room of the house. There is a filter coffee machine available.

A small annex in the style of the house offers additional sleeping places with a double bed (1,2 m wide). There is also a second bathroom with a shower.

The main house has 70m², the annex almost 15m² of living space. A forest path leads directly from the terrace down to the lake and to the jetty with bathing ladder.

If desired, up to 2 modern aluminum rowing boats with 5 HP motors are available for fishing and boat trips (package 1)

Prices:
Low season: SEK 11.490 per week.
High season: SEK 13.490 per week.                                                                                                                        Water and waste charges are included in the rental price.

Outbuildings (only possible from May to October): SEK 2.000 per week.                                                                   Electricity flat rate: SEK 750 per week.                                                                                                          

The deposit of SEK 2.000 will be refunded after departure by bank transfer.                                EFinal cleaning SEK 1.500 per stay.
