Our new holiday home OA1 is an exceptionally cozy house in a fantastic location – quiet, close to nature, and yet superbly equipped. A real gem at a great price, ideal for anyone who wants to experience authentic Sweden and truly unwind.
Welcome to holiday home OA1, a true gem for those who want to experience Sweden at its most tranquil and unspoiled. Nestled on a spacious, secluded natural plot between Lake Tiken and Lake Mien, you can enjoy pure relaxation far from traffic noise and everyday stress. Instead, you'll be greeted by birdsong in the morning and start your day with a leisurely breakfast on your private terrace, surrounded by forest and nature. A swimming spot on Lake Mien is just a 3-minute drive away – perfect for a quick dip on warm summer days.
Living with charm and comfort
Holiday home OA1 impresses with its cozy atmosphere and well-designed layout. The centerpiece is the large, covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace and hammock – the perfect place for long summer evenings, barbecues, or simply relaxing with a view of the surrounding greenery.
Inside you will find a lovingly furnished house with everything you need for a relaxing holiday:
– Fully equipped, separate kitchen with electric stove, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils and fridge/freezer combination
– Cozy living and dining area with direct access to the terrace
– Large bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine
– Bedroom with two single beds
– Sleeping loft on the upper floor with a very large sleeping area – ideal for children (up to three children possible) or alternatively for up to two adults; accessible via a staircase in the living room
An air source heat pump ensures pleasant temperatures, so you can feel comfortable in any season.
Perfect location for nature lovers and anglersOA1 is ideal for families, groups of friends traveling together, or nature lovers who are looking for peace and quiet while still wanting to remain flexible.
But anglers also benefit from the excellent starting point: Both the Mien and the Tiken offer the best conditions for varied fishing days. Own boats on trailers They can easily be brought along – there is plenty of room to maneuver on the property.
Alternatively, our Boat packages 1-3 on the ticker available, only about 15 minutes away by car.
In combination with holiday homes OA1 to OA3, these properties are ideal for several families, couples traveling together, or larger groups. A total of up to 10 people can be comfortably accommodated here.
The houses are pleasantly separated from each other and each has its own kitchen and bathroom. This allows all guests to enjoy their privacy, while shared meals, fishing trips, or relaxing evenings in nature make the holiday a special communal experience – perfect for those who travel together but still want individual accommodation.
