The holiday home TG2 at Asnen, currently still in the construction phase, extends over 108 m² of living space with three bedrooms. The one-story house houses a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. With practical storage options, a spacious common room and light-flooded rooms, it offers a spacious feeling. The angled living room provides internal privacy and a cozy courtyard ambience. A terrace invites you to enjoy nature. 

Up to two 5 HP boats can be rented 200 meters away on Åsnen. Åsnen is one of the best lakes in southern Sweden for predator fishing.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Pets are strictly allowed Enquiry allowed.

Prices:

Off-season: SEK 13.990 per week.
Season: SEK 14.990 per week.                                                                                                                      

Water and waste charges are included in the rental price. In the low season shall an electricity fee of SEK 500,- applicable.

Cleaning: SEK 1.500,- 

Boat, Package 1: SEK 3.290 per week                                                           

The deposit of SEK 3.000 will be refunded after departure by bank transfer.
