Discover Karlskrona in our unique houseboat accommodation with proximity to the sea, the sounds of waves and a fresh sea breeze. The renovated studio houseboat sleeps two people with a large sofa bed, kitchenette and a toilet with shower (dry toilet). However, in the Marine Service House there are additional toilets, showers and even a sauna. The use of the service house is of course included for our houseboat guests. Enjoy relaxation on the lower deck with lounge chairs facing the ocean or on the spacious upper deck for sunbathing and watching the sunset. 

Anglers in particular get their money's worth here. The location of the houseboat is MEGA for bass fishing in the fall. You don't even have to leave your house (boat) to do this. A 15HP boat, package 2 is also available. Use this to explore the archipelago around Karlskrona - the pike paradise par excellence.

Within walking distance is the city center (300m), various restaurants (50m), supermarket and other shops (500m), the Marina service house with washing machine, toilets, showers and sauna (15m), the Marine Museum (500m), and the ⁠Ferry to the island of Aspö (300m).

Prices:
Houseboat, one week including all additional costs such as electricity, water, sewage
Boat with 15hp outboard engine, front-mounted electric motor (Minn Kota iPilot) and chart plotter (Helix 5 incl. Navionics sea chart) 

Low season: SEK 16.490 per week including package 2 boat.

High season: SEK 17.490 per week including package 2 Boat.

Final cleaning: SEK 1.100 per stay

Deposit SEK 3.500 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
