Holiday home HM1 at Ronnebyån / Ryadammen

This house is in an absolutely secluded location on the huge property, beautifully nestled between Ronnebyån and the Ryadammen reservoir.
You have your own access to the lake, in which you can of course swim.
The house can accommodate 6 people. Normal occupancy 4 people.

A large garden with a swing and soccer goal for family vacations, the balcony on the upper floor to enjoy the evening sun and the large terrace with garden furniture are, in addition to your own access to the lake and the absolute peace and quiet without neighbors - just some of the advantages of this holiday home.
Because this house also has real Småland charm inside and is still absolutely contemporary and leaves nothing to be desired.
Through the hallway with cloakroom you reach the open-plan living room with TV and couch on the left.
On the right hand side you come to a beautifully furnished room, which invites you to linger with a sofa, but also with a normal table. This room also has an extra single bed.
Between the two rooms is the kitchen with dining area. Here you will find everything a kitchen has to offer. A 4 ring stove with oven, a large fridge/freezer combination, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher.
In the passageway to the upper floor and the terrace behind the house you will find a toilet and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, the bathroom with shower and toilet and in the passageway in front of the master bedroom there is another single bed and access to the balcony.
Also on the property is the carport for 2 cars and behind the house there is access to the lake, which is about 150 m away. You can even drive your car to the shore and don't even have to leave your own property.
Here you can 100% relax and enjoy the tranquility.
The lake has very good stocks of pike, zander and perch!

Unfortunately pets are not allowed!

Prices:
Low season: SEK 8.490 per week.
High season: SEK 10.490 per week.
Extra bed SEK 500 per week.
Final cleaning SEK 1.500- per stay.
Deposit SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity is charged at SEK 500 per week in the low season. Water and waste fees are included in the rental price! 5GB WiFi is included in the rental price. Additional 25GB can be booked for 250 SEK.
