Cosy, small holiday home on a former farm!

This small summer house is on the owner's former farm in the middle of the Småland forest. Unique peace, no traffic and still close to the bathing place/boat mooring on the Tiken and the town of Tingsryd with all shopping facilities - this is the ideal starting point for your family or fishing holiday with us! The house can accommodate up to 3 people! Normal occupancy 2 people.

Very good fishing for pike, zander, perch and many species of whitefish in the Tiken.

Wild and wooded, great, typical Småland landscape.

Facilities: Living room with kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven and stove with 3 hotplates, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery you need. The sofa bed is a special sofa bed and is equipped with good mattresses.
Adjoining room with bunk bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. There are also two mattresses on the gallery above the adjoining room/bathroom. Garden furniture available!

Boats and motors can be rented directly from us.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Bicycles can be rented from the owner.

Prices:
Off-season: SEK 3.990 per week.
Including 5hp boat SEK 7.250 per week.

Season: SEK 4.490 per week.
Including 5hp boat SEK 7.750 per week.

Extra bed: SEK 500 per week.
Final cleaning SEK 750 per stay.
Deposit SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
