JO6 Homes Just Steps From Lake Tiken!

The small, simple cottages are just a few steps from the shore of Lake Tiken. It is only a few meters to the public sandy beach with sunbathing lawn, children's playground, mini golf course and beach volleyball court. The houses can accommodate up to 2 people. Extra beds are not possible.

Very good fishing in tiken for zander, pike, perch and some species of whitefish.

Equipment:
The cottages consist of one room with two single beds, a sitting area and a kitchen corner. The kitchen corner has a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, as well as crockery, cutlery and accessories.
The kitchen, as well as the shower and toilet, are in the service house next door.

Large range of leisure activities (partly for a fee) right on your doorstep: beach, tennis, beach volleyball, mini golf, table tennis, regular events with live music, restaurant, beauty salon, sauna, spa and much more!

Pets are allowed on request!

Prices for one house:

year-round: SEK 5.990 per week 

Package prices for anglers:
All year round:
SEK 8.790,- per week, including 1x Linder 440 with 5HP 4-stroke engine (package 1). SEK 10.790 per week, including 1x Linder 445 Sportsmann Basic with 15 HP 4-stroke engine, MinnKota iPilot and echo sounder package (package 2).

Final cleaning: SEK 600 per stay. 

Towels and bed sheets: SEK 200 per person.

Deposit SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).          Deposit for the boats is included in the package prices for anglers. Deposit per 5HP boat: SEK 1.000-. Deposit per 15HP boat: SEK 2.000 per 

Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
