Holiday home LW1: Our jewel right on the Swedish archipelago!

This new building promises holidays at the highest level! For up to 8 people (normal occupancy 6 people plus 2 extra beds possible), this house, including an outbuilding that can be booked separately, offers enough space for your vacation on the Baltic Sea.

The 120 m² house offers everything you could wish for on a holiday. In the large entrance area you will find access to the large shower room, the three bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, which can be placed individually or separately, and the large living room with integrated kitchen.
This very large room has a fully glazed frontage with sea views and access to the expansive terrace.
The kitchen has all the amenities you could wish for. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and everything that a modern kitchen should have.
The living area has a large couch, which can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 people.
The underfloor heating installed throughout the house ensures cozy warmth on colder days.

Through the garden you can reach the Baltic Sea and there you can take a bath directly via a small bathing staircase in the archipelago. Or you can enjoy sunbathing on the meadow or the jetty. Of course you can also take your rented boat and go on a boat trip or catch pike, perch, cod, sea trout or salmon with your fishing rod.

If you book the small hut with a bunk bed by the water, you also get access to the shower room with toilet, which can be found outside right next to the terrace.
Following this shower room is the shed that you can use for your fishing gear. There is another freezer in the shed.
Not to forget the beautiful barbecue, which is right next to the terrace!

A public bathing area with a shallow sandy beach, jetty and bathing platform is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Equally important is the fact that the house has a bedroom with a 1 m wide door. Just like the bathroom and the shower, it is therefore ideal for people with wheelchairs. Only two steps to the terrace in front of the front door have to be overcome in advance.

In addition, the house has WiFi.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Prices:
Low season: SEK 11.990 per week.
High season: SEK 14.490 per week.

Outbuilding with access to second shower room: SEK 2.500 per week.                                                                            
Deposit SEK 2.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
Final cleaning SEK 1.500 per stay / with annexe SEK 2.000 pros Visit.

A set of towels and bed linen can be requested directly from the guest upon arrival homeowners be hired. The price per set is 20 euros per person and can be paid in cash upon arrival.
