Description

Holiday home MA15: Two small, connected cottages directly on Lake Åsnen with their own sandy beach, Conservatory and jetty in a top location! Pure Sweden feeling!
The two houses are about 20 m apart and are only rented together. The cottage is designed for 4 people. However, a maximum of 2 additional beds are possible. Both houses have been recently renovated.

Facilities: Running cold and warm water, toilet, shower, 3-plate electric stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher.

The house offers an ideal starting point for fishing. Numerous spots for pike, perch and zander are not far from the house. On request, professionally guided fishing tours for pike, zander and perch. The fishing license (fiskekort) for Åsnen is available from us.

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets right on the water! It's hard to find a better location!

Pets are allowed on request.

Prices:
Low season: SEK 10.990 per week - for a maximum of 4 people.
High season: SEK 11.990 per week - for a maximum of 4 people.
Extra bed: SEK 1.000 per week.
Final cleaning: SEK 1.500 per stay.
Deposit: SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Water included, garbage collection included. 

Electricity is in low season Pauschal calculated with SEK 500,-.

With this house, one boat differs slightly from our standard package, this is a Linder aluminum boat with a length of 4,1m.
