House PN1, 10+2 people

There are 1 bedrooms in holiday home PN5. The house can accommodate up to 12 people (normal occupancy 10 people) and is right on the banks of the Brakneån and is only about 10 minutes from our jetty at Tiken.
You can hardly get a better location! This house is in the middle of the Tiken nature reserve, right on the Brakneån. In front of the house there is another small house with a terrace that extends beyond the river bank. There you can enjoy wonderful summer evenings or jump straight into the water after a sauna session.

The house has a large garden, through which you can reach the two buildings and the part of the shore that belongs to the property. Inside the house you will find the living room on your left from the hallway. There you will find plenty of seating, an open fireplace and a television with satellite TV.
To the right is the dining room with access to the kitchen. This is equipped with everything necessary for up to 12 people and also has a dishwasher.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms upstairs. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds each and 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. The beds can be placed together or separately. There are also 2 toilets and 2 showers in the house.

The outbuilding on the shore has a sauna and a beautiful lounge with access to the terrace that extends over the water.

The house has a Linder aluminum boat with a rudder and a canoe. Both can be used free of charge in the dam of Brakneån.
Fishing boats with motors for the Tiken can be rented separately from us.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Prices:
High season: SEK 13.490 per week (last Saturday in June to last Saturday in August).
Low season 2: SEK 10.990 per week (last Saturday in April to penultimate Saturday in June & from last Saturday in August to first Saturday in October).
Low season 1: SEK 9.990 per week (rest of the year).
Deposit SEK 1.500 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity is charged according to consumption (SEK 3 per kWh).
Water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
Extra bed SEK 750 per week.
Final cleaning SEK 2.000 per stay.
