House TE1, 4+2 people

Holiday home TE1-directly on the lake with a large property and great facilities!

Pure relaxation at Sandsjön! The house is just a few steps away from the lake, where you can swim, fish or just relax on the shore.
With its 1 bedrooms, house TE4 can accommodate up to 6 people (normal occupancy 4 people) (adults)). 2 bedrooms are furnished with double bed/2 single beds, in the other two bedrooms you will find 2 bunk beds each. 2 bedrooms are also equipped with satellite television.
A special highlight is certainly the gigantic living room with its dining area, the sofa area with large-screen TV and last but not least, the pool table. The living room also takes you to the covered terrace with a view of the lake, a Hollywood swing and a table tennis table. You will find garden furniture as well as a barbecue and various games.
The also very large kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your holiday kitchen. Of course, the house also has 2 toilets, a shower and a washing machine. A toilet is also handicapped accessible and since all rooms in the house can be reached at ground level, this house is also handicapped friendly.

House TE1 is in the same building as house TE2. Both houses can be connected by opening a normally locked door. The resulting large house
offers space for up to 14 people!

At house TE2 there are several rowing boats and canoes. These can be rented directly from the homeowner.

Prices:
Low season 1: SEK 5.990 per week.
Low season 2: SEK 7.490 per week.
Low season 3: SEK 11.490 per week
High season : SEK 15.990 per week.
Extra bed (adults only): SEK 750 per week.

Final cleaning 1.990 SEK, deposit 1.500 SEK by bank transfer in advance. (will be refunded after departure by bank transfer)
Electricity is charged at 3 SEK per kW/h consumed, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
Wifi: SEK 300 per week.
Bed linen: SEK 150 per person.
W-Lan and bed linen must be booked in advance.
