House TE2, 4+4 people

Pure relaxation at Sandsjön!

The holiday home TE2 is only a few steps away from the lake, here you can swim, fish or just relax on the shore.
With its 2 bedrooms, house TE5 can accommodate up to 8 people (normal occupancy 4 people) (adults)). All bedrooms are furnished with double bed/2 single beds, one bedroom is on the ground floor, all others are on the upper floor. The house also has a large living room with a large window overlooking the lake, a fireplace and satellite TV. 2 showers, 2 toilets and a corner bath. In the new kitchen (2015) you will find everything a modern kitchen has to offer. Furthermore, you will find garden furniture, a barbecue and even a table football game is available. Of course you will also find a washing machine in the house.

House TE1 is in the same building as house TE2. Both houses can be connected by opening a normally locked door. The resulting large house can then accommodate up to 14 people!

At house TE2 there are several rowing boats and canoes. These can be rented directly from the homeowner.

Pets allowed after consultation!

Prices:
Low season 1: SEK 5.990 per week.
Low season 2: SEK 7.490 per week.
Low season 3: SEK 11.490 per week
High season : SEK 15.990 per week.
Extra bed (adults only): SEK 750 per week.

Final cleaning 1.990 SEK, deposit 1.500 SEK by bank transfer in advance. (will be refunded after departure by bank transfer)
Electricity is charged at 3 SEK per kW/h consumed, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
Wifi: SEK 300 per week.
Bed linen: SEK 150 per person.
W-Lan and bed linen must be booked in advance.
