House YS1, 4+2 people

Holiday home YS1 - Here you get the whole Sweden package! Located directly on the shore of Lake Åsnen and in an undisturbed, secluded location, this holiday home is waiting for you!
The house can accommodate up to 6 people (4 people normal occupancy).

The pictures speak for themselves! There is no better location! The house is in Åkavik Bay, only 10 m from the shore of Lake Åsnen.
Two terraces in front of the entrance, one of which is covered, invite you to linger. From there you can enjoy the lake view and the tranquility!
In the entrance area you will find the stairs to the first floor on your right. Straight ahead is the dining area with a fireplace for a warming fire.
The dining room takes you to the kitchen, which has everything you need for everyday use with a 4-plate stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave oven. A large refrigerator and a slightly smaller freezer are of course not missing either!
From the kitchen you reach one of the two bedrooms, which is equipped with a fireplace.
Right next to it is the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs is a larger room with a sofa bed and TV with satellite channels and the second bedroom. When booking with 5 or 6 people, they must use the sofa bed.

The house is very simply furnished overall, but everything is clean and functional. There are also many leisure activities and beautiful destinations nearby! For anglers, house YS1 is one of the best possible starting points. Many top spots are within easy reach of the house. Your fishing holiday will be a complete success!

If you rent a boat, the first boat booked at this house is the so-called "Rydsboot". It is 4,6m long and equipped with a 6hp 4-stroke outboard engine (package 1). Other boats can be booked through us and will be ready when you arrive!

Prices:
Low season: SEK 8.490 per week.
High season: SEK 9.490 per week.
Extra bed: SEK 500 per person per week.
Rydsboot with 6hp engine: SEK 3.290 per week.
Deposit: SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
In the low season, electricity is billed by the owner based on consumption at SEK 3:- per kWh upon departure, water and waste fees are included in the rental price.
Final cleaning SEK 1.500 per stay.
