General rental conditions holiday home
The holiday home (for a detailed description see the website) is furnished to the taste of the owner and everything you need is available in the house. Bedclothes and towels must be brought along! Rental is on behalf of the owner.
Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden!
Pets are not allowed without prior agreement! Pets are charged at 750 SEK per week in addition to the regular rental price.
If damage occurs on or in the house during the rental period, please inform us immediately! The tenant is liable for any damage caused by him! Any damage discovered after departure that is not reported will result in the full deposit being retained and any charges in excess of this being charged.
Final cleaning:
The house must be left in a swept clean condition despite the booked final cleaning. In particular, the kitchen must be free of dirty dishes, rubbish must be removed, the dishwasher must be empty and the fridge and freezer must be free of leftover food. Furthermore, empty bottles must be disposed of by the tenant before departure!
Cigarette butts on the property are also not accepted and will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit along with all the other items mentioned above!
Deposit:
The deposit will be refunded after departure. This does not happen automatically! So that we can refund the deposit, please send us an email with your IBAN and BIC numbers after your departure, as well as your name, booked holiday home and period. The deposit will then be refunded within approx. 14 days. The deposit must be reclaimed no later than 90 days after departure, later requested deposit refunds can no longer be considered.
For bookings that include a boat, a deposit for the boat(s) is required in addition to the house. The deposit is SEK 9 per rented boat up to 500 hp and SEK 1.000 above that.
Arrival and departure:
Arriving or appearing at the rented property before 14:00 p.m. is not permitted! The arrival period is generally between 14:00 p.m. and 17:00 p.m. at the latest. Later arrivals must be discussed with us and confirmed by us. It should be noted, however, that we cannot guarantee personal support for later arrivals. This also includes delays caused by traffic jams, accidents, defects or similar. In particular, the handover of a possibly rented boat can be postponed until the following Monday.
Unless otherwise agreed with us separately, departure must take place by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest. Småland Sportfiske AB is responsible for inspecting the house and any other rental items, such as boat, engine, depth sounder, batteries and rod holders, etc., and we can also do this after the guest's departure.
Failure to comply with the arrival/departure regulations will result in the deposit being retained.
Other agreements:
In some houses, electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit after departure. It is SEK 3 per KW/h consumed (see note on electricity consumption in the respective house description).
With the delivery of the booking confirmation or the terms and conditions by Småland Sportfiske AB in response to the booking made by you by email, telephone or other means of communication, the rental agreement becomes legally binding.
If you have to withdraw from the trip, you can do so at any time. However, the declaration of withdrawal must always be made in writing. If you withdraw from the trip or do not start the trip, Småland Sportfiske AB may demand reasonable compensation for the travel arrangements and treatments made. The flat-rate cancellation fees for the holiday homes are staggered as follows:
Cancellation up to 121 days before the start of the rental period = 10% of the rental price
Cancellation from 120 to 91 days before the start of the rental period = 25% of the rental price
Cancellation from 90 to 61 days before the start of the rental period = 35% of the rental price
Cancellation from 60 to 35 days before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rental price
Cancellation from 34 to 15 days before the start of the rental period = 75% of the rental price
Cancellation from 14 to 2 days before the start of the rental period = 90% of the rental price
If you cancel later or do not start the trip, the entire rental price will be charged.
When booking, a deposit of 1/3 of the total price is due. The balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the rental. If the balance is not received by us by 60 days before the start of the rental, we can rent the holiday home to someone else without prior notice.
After the deposit has been credited to our account, you will receive a payment confirmation within a few days.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Please contact us again about 1 week before arrival to arrange the handover of the house on the day of arrival.
Småland Sportfiske AB is entitled to send advertising until further notice.
You can easily transfer the amounts via the Internet or simply pass on the data to your bank. The transfer usually does not cost any fees.

General rental conditions boat

In particular, the transfer of risk for the boat/boats and motor/motors is transferred to the renter, ie the renter is responsible for properly securing the boat and motor against theft and damage. This also applies to accessories, eg echo sounder/paddle.

When booking, a deposit of 1/3 of the total price is due. The balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the rental. If we have not received the balance by 60 days before the start of the rental period, we can rent the rented property to someone else without prior notice.
Cleaning:
The rented boat must be returned clean and free of garbage and all fishing tackle, especially fishing hooks, at the end of the rental period. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Failure to comply with pick-up/drop-off requirements will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

General Conditions of Guidance
You can and may use your own equipment for guiding. If you don't have your own equipment, the guide will provide it. Please let us know in good time before the guiding if you need any equipment from us!
The guiding can be canceled by the guide due to the weather. Should this become necessary, the guide will try to find an alternative date. Whether a guiding is canceled due to the weather is entirely at the discretion of the guide.
The instructions of the guide must be followed during the guiding. In the event of an infringement, the guide is entitled to cancel the guiding.
Neither we nor the guide can be held responsible for minors.
Drinks must be brought by the guest! Alcoholic beverages are forbidden! The consumption of alcohol or drugs will lead to the immediate termination of the guiding!
The life jackets provided by the guide must be worn on board our boats during the entire guiding.
Catch & Release is mandatory for our guiding! It is therefore not permitted to take away caught fish!
The total price is due at the time of booking. If the amount is not received no later than 7 days after sending this agreement, we are entitled to assign the appointment to someone else without prior notice.
For bookings in connection with the rental of one of our houses, the payment is divided into 1/3 down payment upon booking and 2/3 the remaining amount no later than 60 days before arrival at the booked holiday home. The same conditions apply as can be found in the general conditions of the holiday home.
After the amount has been credited to our account, you will receive a payment confirmation within a few days.
The booking becomes legally binding when Småland Sportfiske AB delivers the booking confirmation or the Terms and Conditions in response to the booking made by you by email, telephone or other means of communication.
If you have to withdraw from the guiding, you can do so at any time. However, the declaration of withdrawal must always be made in writing. If you withdraw from the guiding or if you do not start the guiding, Småland Sportfiske AB can demand reasonable compensation for the precautions and applications taken. With the payment, the guest agrees that pictures and videos of him/her can be taken during the guiding and later published for advertising purposes. No guiding by a guide from Småland Sportfiske AB can take place without this consent. Småland Sportfiske AB is entitled to send advertising until further notice.
