Ferienhaus JA1 in Törnamåla im Wald mit eigenem kleinen See
Idyllisches Ferienhaus in Småland mit eigenem kleinen See hinter dem Garten (ca. 50 m) im Wald gelegen. Wohnfläche ca. 80 m², 5 Zimmer für 4 Personen (Aufbettung bis 6 Personen möglich). Kleines Boot vorhanden. Sehr gutes Angeln ebenfalls am See Mien (ca. 2 km) und See Tiken (ebenfalls ca. 2 km). Boote und Motoren an beiden Seen möglich.
Das Haus ist ein typisches, altes Smålandhaus mit folgender Ausstattung:
Küche mit E-Herd (Ceranfeld) plus Holzherd, Backofen, Spüle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Essecke. Fließend Warm- und Kaltwasser.
Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC. Fließend Warm- und Kaltwasser.
Esszimmer mit Kamin.
2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, im Obergeschoss zusätzlich 2 Betten gegen Gebühr (SEK 750,-/Bett/Woche) möglich.
Fernseher mit Sat-TV, kleiner Aufenthaltsraum mit Kamin.
Großer Garten mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill.
Haustiere sind auf Anfrage gestattet!
Bei Ferienhaus JA1 haben Sie die Möglichkeit, sowohl am Tiken, als auch am Mien zu angeln. Zu beiden Seen sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Preise:
SEK 5.990,- pro Woche.
Kaution SEK 1.000,- per Überweisung vorab (wird nach erfolgter Abreise per Banküberweisung rückerstattet).
Endreinigung SEK 1.500,- pro Aufenthalt.
In der Nebensaison berechnen wir SEK 500,- pro Woche für Strom.
