Our dream villa TG1 with a beautiful large garden, just a few hundred meters from the water, offers pure relaxation and pure holiday fun. the cottage, built in 2020 has a living area of ​​154 square meters.

The house has room for 7 people. With 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, this modern and top-equipped holiday home with plenty of room for free development.

You enter the house through a small anteroom with enough space for your street/fishing clothes and shoes. Then you come directly into the spacious and open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Perfect for spending the evenings cooking and being together with the whole family or holiday group. In front of it, a beautiful wooden terrace stretches across the entire width of the house. Who would not like to watch the unique Swedish sunset here.

The modern kitchen offers everything your heart desires. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and wine fridge are available. The house became only recently completely refurbished and leaves nothing to be desired.

The four bedrooms are structured as follows: The first bedroom has a large double bed. In bedrooms 2 and 3 there are two single beds (0,9mx 2,00m). The last single bed (1,2m x 2,00m) is in the fourth bedroom. There are also two full bathrooms in the house, each equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. In one of the Bathroom there is also an extra bathtub.

The house has a tvättstuga (laundry room) with washing machine, dryer, sink and plenty of space and storage for laundry, rainwear and fishing gear. The Feirnhaus also has a double carport with two additional lockable rooms for bicycles or fishing equipment, for example.
