JO2 houses just steps from Lake Tiken

The 11 lovingly furnished holiday homes are only a few steps away from the shore of Lake Tiken. It is only a few meters to the public sandy beach with sunbathing lawn, children's playground, mini golf course and beach volleyball court. The houses can accommodate up to 4 people. Normal occupancy: 4 people. Extra beds are possible in exceptional cases, please contact us!

Very good fishing in tiken for zander, pike, perch and some species of whitefish.

Equipment:
All 11 houses have a living/dining room with kitchenette, sofa bed/bed and TV with satellite reception. The kitchenette is equipped with: stove, oven (not in all houses) and all necessary crockery and accessories. Internet possible, bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds/double bed.

Large range of leisure activities (partly for a fee) right on your doorstep: beach, tennis, beach volleyball, mini golf, table tennis, regular events with live music, restaurant, beauty salon, sauna, spa and much more!

Pets are allowed on request!

Prices for one house:

Off-season: SEK 9.990 per week (1.1 - 1.6 and 1.9 - 31.12).                                                                                  Season: SEK 11.990 per week (1.6 – 1.9) 

Package prices for anglers:
Off-season
SEK 12.590,- per week, including 1x Linder 440 with 5HP 4-stroke engine (package 1). SEK 14.990 per week, including 1x Linder 445 Sportsmann Basic with 15 HP 4-stroke engine, MinnKota iPilot and echo sounder package (package 2).

Season
SEK 14.590 per week, including a Linder 440 with 5hp 4-stroke engine (package 1) SEK 16.990 per week, including 1x Linder 445 Sportsmann Basic with 15hp 4-stroke engine, MinnKota iPilot and echo sounder package (package 2 ).

Final cleaning: SEK 1.000 per stay. 

Towels and bed sheets: SEK 200 per person.

Deposit SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).          Deposit for the boats is included in the package prices for anglers. Deposit per 5HP boat: SEK 1.000-. Deposit per 15HP boat: SEK 2.000 per 

Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.

The pictures on our site are pictures from all 11 houses. All houses are similar and offer the same standard. Please use our contact form to inquire about available weeks, stating your preferred date. Gladly also with an alternative date. If you definitely want an oven, please let us know when you make your booking.
