Unser neues Ferienhaus AJ1 – Ein Traum in Alleinlage direkt am Wasser!

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einer einsamen Landzunge am Åsnen. Das Anwesen besteht aktuell aus zwei kleineren Häuschen: Im Haupthaus befinden sich drei Einzelbetten, sowie die Küche und Ess- und Wohnbereich. Trotz der recht einfachen Ausstattung im Haus fehlt rein gar nichts: Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, eine top-ausgestattete Küche, sowie Internet und Fernsehen runden das gemütliche Wohnhaus ab.

Dusche und Toilette befinden sich in einem weiteren extra Häuschen. Dieses wurde frisch renoviert.

Zum Wasser sind es nur wenige Meter. Dort befindet sich ein eigener Steg mit Bootsanleger.

Genießen Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge direkt am Wasser! Eine bessere Lage gibt es wohl kaum zu finden!

Das Rauchen ist strengstens untersagt.

Eigene Boote sind nicht erlaubt.

Haustiere sind auf Anfrage gestattet.

Preise:

Nebensaison : SEK 10.990,- pro Woche.
Hauptsaison: SEK 11.990,- pro Woche.
Kaution 1.500,- SEK per Überweisung vorab (wird nach erfolgter Abreise per Banküberweisung rückerstattet).
Strompauschale Nebensaison: SEK 500,- pro Woche.

Wasser und Abfallgebühren sind im Mietpreis enthalten.

Endreinigung : SEK 1.500,- pro Aufenthalt.

Bei Haus AJ1 ist Paket 1 verfügbar (SEK 3.990 ,- pro Woche). Es kann ein Linder 440 Fishing Alu-Boot gemietet werden.
