Gemütliches, kleines Ferienhäuschen auf ehemaligem Bauernhof!

Auf dem ehemaligem Bauernhof der Eigentümer steht dieses kleine Sommerhaus mitten im småländischen Wald. Einzigartige Ruhe, kein Verkehr und trotzdem in der Nähe des Badeplatzes/Bootsplatzes am Tiken und der Stadt Tingsryd mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten – hier ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Familien- oder Angelurlaub bei uns! Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen! Normalbelegung 2 Personen.

Sehr gutes Angeln auf Hecht, Zander, Barsch und viele Weißfischarten im Tiken.

Wild- und waldreiche, tolle, typische småländische Landschaft.

Ausstattung: Wohnstube mit Küchenzeile, Essbereich und Schlafsofa. Die Küchenzeile ist ausgestattet mit Ofen und Herd mit 3 Kochplatten, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und allem benötigten Besteck und Geschirr. Das Schlafsofa ist ein spezielles Bettsofa und ist mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet.
Nebenzimmer mit Stockbett und Bad mit Dusche und WC. Zusätzlich gibt es noch zwei Matratzen auf der Empore über dem Nebenzimmer / Bad. Gartenmöbel vorhanden!

Boote und Motoren können direkt bei uns gemietet werden.

Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet.

Fahrräder können vom Eigentümer gemietet werden.

Nebensaison: SEK 4.990,- pro Woche.
Inklusive 5PS Boot SEK 8.490,- pro Woche.

Hauptsaison: SEK 6.490,- pro Woche.
Inklusive 5PS Boot SEK 9.990,- pro Woche.

Extrabett: SEK 500,- pro Woche.
Endreinigung SEK 1000,- pro Aufenthalt.
Kaution SEK 1.000,- per Überweisung vorab (wird nach erfolgter Abreise per Banküberweisung rückerstattet).
