Holiday home AW2 - A great holiday home on Helgesjön with jacuzzi and sauna!

Approximately 28km from the town of Vaxjö is this great holiday home at Helgasjön. The cottage consists of two separate bedrooms with a large double bed and two single beds. large living room, kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. In the house there is a large living room with dining table, chairs, sofas, fireplace and TV satellite reception.  Kitchen is TOP equipped (Fridge, freezer, stove, grill, microwave, TV and all necessary kitchen utensils) and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. 

The  House also has a large Terrace facing the lake. Garden furniture, a grill and a heated whirlpool are available on the terrace. In the vicinity of the holiday home, on the way to the lake, is the in-house sauna. The house is in a secluded location, very quiet and secluded. Nature is waiting right outside the front door. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are several sandy beaches and great destinations for the whole family. 

The holiday home is also insulated for use in autumn and winter. There is also a fireplace. Firewood is available at the house. With the AW2 house, up to two GRP boats with petrol engines are possible. 

Helgasjön is a TOP fishing water. In addition to a great stock of zander, you hear about huge pike again and again. But there are also perch, various types of white fish and even trout and whitefish in the lake.

Prices:

Low season: SEK 9.990 per week.
High season: SEK 11.990 per week.                                                                                                                                            Water, sauna, jacuzzi and waste fees are included in the rental price.
Final cleaning SEK 1.500 per stay.

additional GRP boat: SEK 3.290 per week.                                                                

The deposit of SEK 1.500 will be refunded after departure by bank transfer.
