Holiday home PG1 – Dream home in a secluded location by Åsnen!

The former forester's house from 1948 stands on its own promontory on the Riverbank of Åsnen. The house is in an absolutely secluded location, only about 15m from the water. It is about 800m to the nearest neighbor. 

On the ground floor of the house is the well-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove and more kitchen appliances. The living room can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a fireplace and TV with German/Swedish cable television. The living room leads to the large terrace with seating from which you can enjoy the beautiful view over the lake! In addition to a modern bathroom, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot (90x90cm) on the lower floor of the holiday home.

On the upper floor of the house you can reach 3 bedrooms, each with double beds, through a passage room with a cot. However, you can also change these to single beds thanks to the divisible function. One of the bedrooms has a lake view through the balcony. There is a lot of storage space in the house. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. There is also another new bathroom (2020) with shower and toilet on the upper floor. In the basement of the house there is also a laundry room with a washing machine.

The holiday home is equipped with WIFI in all rooms. There is also a barbecue, community games and sports equipmentpment available at the house. Through the large windows of the house, the surrounding deciduous forest and lake landscape can be observed day and night. The house has its own jetty and large garden. It is only about 900m to a slip point at Asnen. At the house itself there are many storage options for your own trailer and also loading options. 

The rental price includes 2 boats with outboard motors (4 & 6 hp) and a canoe. Our Linder 440 Fishing with 5hp outboard engine (package 1) is also available on request. This have however, can be booked separately.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Prices:

Low season: SEK 16.990 per week.
High season: SEK 18.990 per week.
Deposit 1.500 SEK by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).

Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.

Cleaning : SEK 2.250,- per Visit.
