Holiday home JA1 in Törnamåla in the forest with its own small lake

Idyllic holiday home in Småland with its own small lake behind the garden (approx. 50 m) in the forest. Living space approx. 80 m², 5 rooms for 4 people (extra bed for up to 6 people possible). Small boat available. Very good fishing also at Lake Mien (approx. 2 km) and Lake Tiken (also approx. 2 km). Boats and motors possible on both lakes.

The house is a typical old Småland house with the following facilities:

Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob) plus wood stove, oven, sink, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer combination, dining area. Flowing hot and cold water.

Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Flowing hot and cold water.

Dining room with fireplace.

2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, upstairs 2 additional beds possible for a fee (SEK 750,-/bed/week).

TV with satellite TV, small lounge with fireplace.

Large garden with garden furniture, barbecue.

Pets are allowed on request!

At holiday home JA1 you have the opportunity to fish on both the Tiken and the Mien. Both lakes are only about 5 minutes away by car.

Prices:
SEK 5.990 per week.
Deposit SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Final cleaning SEK 1.500 per stay.
In the low season we charge SEK 500 per week for electricity.
