Description

House MJ3 is only approx. 250 m from the shore of Lake Åsnen with a bathing area and a small boat harbour. The houses MJ1 and MJ2 are only about 150 m away.

The one and a half storey house has a kitchen on the ground floor with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. You will also find the dining area and the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are two single beds, a bedroom with three beds and the living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV and CD/DVD player.
Due to its proximity to the water (bathing area / jetty), the house is equally suitable for anglers and families!

Pets are not allowed!

Prices:
High season: SEK 6.490 per week (price for 4-bed occupancy, extra bed costs SEK 500).
Low season: SEK 5.490 per week (price for 4-bed occupancy, extra bed costs SEK 500).

Final cleaning SEK 1.000 per stay.
Deposit SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
