House NI2, 4+2+2 people

The beautiful log house NI2 is located about 50m from the crater lake Mien. The ;Mien is our absolute favorite for fishing. Nowhere else in the area are so many large pike and perch caught as on the Mien. And the BEST: guests of our holiday home NI2 and NI3 are the only people with access to the lake.

Built in 2010, with its own small pond, holiday home NI2 offers absolute peace and invites you to linger. The jetty is only 100m away. If necessary, your rented fishing boats are also available here. On the in-house bathing / jetty with grill bowl, you can watch the wonderful Swedish sunsets over the Mien.

River Mien has the clearest and cleanest water in all of Småland and is home to large shoals of whitefish and even a natural stock of lake trout. The pike are growing to huge sizes and the stock, especially of large pike and perch, is incomparable! This is one reason why the Mien has already been seen in major YouTube productions such as Fly vs. Jerk, or PerchPro.

The Feirnhaus NI2 with its two outbuildings offers space for 8 people.
The house is furnished to a high standard and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday! The open-plan living room with TV, air conditioning/heat pump, CD radio, seating, fireplace and transition to the kitchen is the central place in the house. Use the terrace in front of the house with patio furniture and a barbecue, or rather the adjacent barbecue hut by the pond on the property.

The kitchen has everything a kitchen needs: crockery, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer combination and microwave oven. The dining area is in the bay window.
The luxurious bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine is also on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find 3 single beds and the master bedroom with a large double bed.
The two outbuildings also offer 2 beds each.

The house NI2 has its own jetty where the 30hp boats are located. This is only about 100m away from Haus am See. The jetty also has a bench and a barbecue barrel. Enjoy your sausage or your steak, just by the lake!

Package prices 2023: Holiday home NI2 is rented only im Package price with one 30hp boat

low season: SEK 19.990 per week (up to 4 people)                          

Peak season: SEK 21.490 per week (up to 4 people)

Outbuildings: SEK 1.890 per outbuilding -> up to 8 people in total possible

Cleaning SEK 1.500 per stay, surcharge: SEK 500 per outbuilding

Deposit SEK 4.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).

Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.

Prices for a second 30hp boat:  8.990 SEK per week (Deposit: + 2.500 SEK,- per week)
