House NI3, 4+2 people

Our house NI3: On Lake Mien directly in the forest and yet not far from the lake with its own small jetty. The perfect holiday home for a fishing holiday on a dream water!

The house NI3 can accommodate up to 6 people. The normal occupancy is 4 people, 2 more beds are in the annexe.

The house is a little off the road in the middle of the forest. You can still reach the Mien and the private jetty within a two-minute walk, as both are just a few steps from the house. The small bathing area in a shallow sandy bay is also within easy walking distance!

After entering the house, you will find a cloakroom on your right and the bathroom on your left. Further straight ahead is the kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has everything necessary for everyday use!
From the kitchen you can reach the upper floor via a staircase or through a door to the living room with dining area, sofa and fireplace. The two bedrooms are upstairs.

The house is very simply furnished overall, but everything is clean and functional.

In addition to vendace, the Mien crater lake is home to pike and perch, which are found here in very good sizes and are beautifully drawn in black!
The house has its own bathing/boat dock. There is also a bench with a grill tray. The beautiful sunsets over the lake can be watched from the jetty. Pure Swedish feeling.

Pets allowed on request.

Prices:
Low season: SEK 8.990 per week.
High season: SEK 10.490 per week.
Outbuildings: SEK 1.250 per week.

Final cleaning: SEK 1.500 per stay

Deposit SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
