House UC1, 6+2 people

The completely newly renovated cottage UC1 is located about 1,5 km from cottage UC2 and the shore of Lake Åsnen.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people (normal occupancy 6 people). It has WiFi.
There is a great bathing spot at Åsnen about 2 km from the house. The fishing boats are also about 2 km from the house.

The house and garden have been completely renovated and a large, welcoming terrace has been created.
After entering the house, you immediately notice the friendly brightness in the rooms. From the hallway you reach the large living room with dining area, the shower room with washing machine and dryer, a bedroom and the kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge-freezer. Behind the kitchen is the exit to the terrace and a small pantry. On the ground floor there is an air and heat pump, which can also be used as air conditioning in summer.
The stairs take you to the upper floor. There you will find 3 bedrooms and another shower room.

The house is perfect for the most diverse holiday wishes! You can spend a holiday with two generations, or you can holiday with friends under one roof. It is not far to the water, but also the city of Växjö with its great shopping opportunities is not far away. A fishing holiday is also one of the many options this house offers due to the proximity to the fish-rich Åsnen.

Our boat packages 1 (Linder 1 with 440HP outboard motor) can be rented from holiday home UC5.

Prices:
High season: SEK 8.990 per week.
Low season: SEK 7.490 per week.
Extra bed: SEK 500 per week.
Final cleaning: SEK 1.500 per stay.
Deposit: SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Electricity, water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
