Holiday home UC2: The paradise for nature lovers and people who just want to break out of everyday life!

The house can accommodate up to 9 people. 5 beds in the main house and 4 in the annexe.
This beautiful holiday home is located directly on the wind-protected shore of a small, almost completely closed bay of Lake Åsnen.

You enter the house through the large conservatory with sofa and dining area. In the house you will find the large, new kitchen with access to the terrace, which was also newly built. In the living room there is a fireplace and access to the bedroom. A camping toilet can also be found in the house. In the outbuilding there are 4 more beds. In the second outbuilding you will find the bathroom with hand pump and shower facility, as well as the dry toilet.

There is no electricity and no running water in the house. You pump the water directly into the sink with a hand pump and only a solar panel provides 12V voltage to light up the house. The stove and fridge are gas powered.

The absolute highlight is the dream location and the large jetty! Enjoy the peace and listen to nature. Perfect relaxation guaranteed on your holiday in Sweden.

For anglers we offer our package 1 at this house. Linder 440 aluminum boats with 4-stroke outboard engines can be rented here.

Pets are not allowed!

Prices:
High season: SEK 11.690 per week.
Low season: SEK 8.990 per week.
Final cleaning SEK 1.500 per stay.
Deposit SEK 1.000 by bank transfer in advance (will be returned by bank transfer after departure).
Water and waste charges are included in the rental price.
